Greek yogurt

dark chocolate chips

honey or maple syrup

Instructions
Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 20-second increments and stirring in between until smooth.
Allow the melted chocolate to cool slightly at room temperature for about 5 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Whisk until smooth.
Slowly pour the melted chocolate into the Greek yogurt mixture, stirring continuously until fully combined.
Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness with more honey or maple syrup if desired.
Scoop the mousse into individual serving bowls or cups for even distribution.
Chill the filled bowls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.
Before serving, garnish each mousse with fresh berries, a dollop of Greek yogurt, or additional shaved chocolate.
Notes
Use full-fat Greek yogurt for the best texture.
