In einem großen Topf oder einer tiefen Pfanne das Olivenöl bei mittlerer Hitze erhitzen. Wenn das Öl heiß ist, den gehackten Knoblauch hinzufügen und etwa 30 Sekunden lang anbraten, bis er aromatisch ist.

    Die Garnelen in den Topf geben und mit Cajun-Gewürz, Salz und Pfeffer würzen. Die Garnelen 2-3 Minuten auf jeder Seite braten, bis sie rosa und durchscheinend sind. Dann die Garnelen aus dem Topf nehmen und beiseite stellen.

      In demselben Topf die Schlagsahne und die Hühnerbrühe hinzufügen und gut umrühren, um alles zu vermengen. Die Mischung bei niedriger Hitze sanft zum Köcheln bringen.

        Die Fettuccine-Nudeln in den Topf geben und sicherstellen, dass sie vollständig in der Flüssigkeit liegen. Nach der Packungsanleitung 10–12 Minuten unter gelegentlichem Rühren kochen, bis die Nudeln al dente sind.

          Sobald die Nudeln gar sind, die Hitze auf niedrig reduzieren und den geriebenen Parmesan unterrühren, bis er geschmolzen ist und eine cremige Konsistenz erreicht hat.

            Die gebratenen Garnelen und die gewürfelten Paprika in die Pasta geben und gründlich vermengen, bis alles gut kombiniert und erhitzt ist.
