2wholeripe peaches, pitted and sliced into thin wedges
1cupfresh raspberries, rinsed and drained
4cupspeach nectar, chilled
1cupsparkling water, chilled
1wholelemon, juice of, freshly squeezed
1tablespoonhoney or agave syrup (optional, adjust to taste for sweetness)
to tastefresh mint leaves, for garnish
as neededice cubes
Instructions
In a large pitcher, combine the sliced peaches and fresh raspberries. Use a wooden spoon to gently muddle the fruits, pressing just enough to release their natural juices without completely mashing them.
Pour in the chilled peach nectar and add the freshly squeezed lemon juice to the pitcher. If you like your mocktail on the sweeter side, incorporate the honey or agave syrup, stirring well until it is completely dissolved and evenly distributed.
Cover the pitcher and place it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. This chilling period allows the flavors to harmonize beautifully.
When you're ready to serve, take out your favorite glasses and fill each one generously with ice cubes.
Carefully pour the chilled peach and raspberry mixture over the ice, filling each glass about three-quarters full to leave room for the fizzy topping.
Finish by topping each glass with chilled sparkling water, adding a delightful fizz. Give each drink a gentle stir to mix the flavors together.
For an aromatic and visually appealing touch, garnish each mocktail with a sprig of fresh mint leaves.
Notes
Serve in clear glasses to showcase the vibrant colors and consider garnishing with a slice of peach or lemon.
