Instructions
Start by placing the hulled and halved fresh strawberries, sliced kiwi, and banana slices into a blender.
Pour in the almond milk (or your preferred milk) to help with blending. If you enjoy a sweeter flavor profile, consider adding honey or maple syrup at this stage.
Add the chia seeds to the blender to enhance the nutritional content of your smoothie.
For a refreshing chilled drink, toss in a handful of ice cubes into the mixture. This step is optional, depending on your preference for temperature.
Blend the mixture on high speed until it's completely smooth and creamy, making sure there are no chunks remaining.
Once blended, taste your smoothie and if desired, adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or syrup according to your liking.
Carefully pour the smoothie into two glasses. Serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.
