0.5teaspooncrushed red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef (or turkey), breadcrumbs, beaten egg, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped green onions, soy sauce, and a generous pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until just combined.
Shape the meat mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake the meatballs for approximately 18-20 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown, ensuring the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and crushed red pepper flakes. Simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Carefully remove the baked meatballs from the oven and transfer them into the saucepan with the honey garlic sauce. Toss gently to coat.
Spoon the glazed meatballs onto a serving platter and garnish with sesame seeds and additional chopped green onions.
Notes
Adjust the spice level by varying the amount of crushed red pepper flakes.
