unsalted butter, chilled and cut into small cubes
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium mixing bowl, gently combine the hulled strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries with the granulated sugar and lemon juice. Set aside.
In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, rolled oats, packed brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and fine sea salt.
Add the cold, cubed butter to the bowl of dry ingredients and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Pour the prepared berry mixture into a greased 9x9-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
Generously sprinkle the crumble topping over the mixed berries.
Place the baking dish in your preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes.
Once baked, remove the crumble from the oven and allow it to cool slightly for about 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve warm, optionally topped with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
